Hosei University held a Short-term Scholarship Program from December 5th to 9th, 2017, welcoming 15 high school students from Vietnam, Indonesia, and Cambodia.

One of the purposes of this program was to give them the opportunity to experience the English-based degree programs at Hosei University.

Students joined the Workshop and Seminar classes in Global Business Program. GBP students lead group studies on the strategies of Global Coffee Chain Store, and then four GBP students introduced Japanese cultural history from the Meiji era to the early Showa (ca. 1868-1938). In order to understand the simple structure of the Japanese kimono, all the students made miniature kimono using fancy toilet paper and brought them home.
